Hounds: Bangkok, Ferret, Phantom, Dormouse. Wham!, Floater, P2L, Why Bother. Big Bird
True to form P2L and Why Bother arrive early again.
Anyway cars start to arrive and do the usual that’ll do parking thing only to be told be the resident parking warden to move to the posh car par or double park. Some keen ones took note and moved to the posh end!
All assembly and a quick briefing from the hare and off we go with one particular very senior hound deciding that it must be that way as he saw no flour on the way in, doh! Stupid man, and off right and left on a gravel path to a check on the road. Lots of checking if you call in that or was it just some random hashers disappearing up their own a***s?.
On on called and away we go down past a barn and left up and through open pasture to yet more checking another field to a short double check and on down for a quick natural break for two elder statesmen and on up (something mentioned about barbed wire and keep on your left) bit shiggy but on up and right only to find the sweety stop but no sweets is this a P2L and Why Bother hash? no the hounds are a blind as bats, with the sweets under their noses!?!
Quick stop and off we go with some twittering on about “are we home yet and how much longer”…..

Just about to enter the pub and get accosted by the locals only to find they are ex golfers from Tiverton!! Anyway moving on beer needed…….Come to leave and guess what the golfing clan have drunk a little more and are reminiscing how good they were, not, as you can tell I couldn’t escape quick enough!!!
